Key Responsibilities Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and supported throughout their shopping experience. Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, ensuring that all products are accurately priced and displayed. Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any customer concerns or issues. Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, store displays, and promotional activities. Position Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong focus on customer service and sales support. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to being available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
