Job Overview The Client Experience and Achievement group at arenaflex is looking for a talented Customer Success Account Manager to create, maintain, and expand upon strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts. The successful candidate will enable quality solution delivery and well-being by utilizing our organizations' capabilities. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will guide and lead discussions to facilitate the achievement of client business goals by leveraging their interest in arenaflex's technology. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain client, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement models to drive business growth and client satisfaction Build and nurture strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to enable quality solution delivery and well-being Identify, explore, communicate, and influence key client technical and business stakeholders at various levels to drive business outcomes Lead discussions to facilitate the achievement of client business goals by utilizing their interest in arenaflex's technology and solutions Map internal roles to client needs to action the requirements of clients and hold, maintain, and support internal partner relationships Establish executive-level internal connections and develop communication procedures for holding business value discussions at client executive levels Gather information on business and Information Technology goals for client associations to identify client needs and guide them to suitable solutions Contribute to the development of a shared client account plan to support client targets using collaborations with other account team leaders Technical Relevance The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technology solutions, including arenaflex's offerings, and be able to recognize and adapt our solutions to client requirements and needs. You will use technical inclination and industry awareness to translate client associations into client business effects and worth. Grasp and recognize arenaflex's solutions and technical capabilities (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics) to client requirements and needs Identify client situations and align with technical experts to identify valuable cross-cloud technology solutions Develop a familiarity with the cloud technology marketplace, including arenaflex's competitors Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation and relevant work experience. The essential qualifications for this position include: A four-year college degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 2+ years of experience working together with Account and Delivery teams to create and execute client success designs that align with the client's specific business transformation drives and industry requirements Preferred qualifications include experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of the cloud technology marketplace and a proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction.
