Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily data handling tasks and autonomously managing small to medium-scale projects, providing quality contributions to research analysis. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including Item Success, Record Management, and Providers, to ensure the successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Item Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards. Lead execution on daily requests for data analysis and manipulation of primary and secondary data to support Provider and/or Internal requests. Assess demands for data services and understand the requirements of market research projects. Prepare, plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time. Verify data sets for logical consistency, reformatting, and updating data sets for downstream analysis. Navigate data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as necessary). Be a proactive team member who provides advice or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery. Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Develop and communicate best practices to stakeholders, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our item offer and cycles. Essential Qualifications A positive mindset with a can-do, solution-focused attitude capable of working within tight deadlines. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while managing positive working relationships and open communication with all stakeholders, across departments. Proven experience in data analysis and handling, with a strong understanding of quantitative data and research methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote work from home environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration. Knowledge of data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, or other relevant programs.
