Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Evansdale, IA. You will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges in a team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Work collaboratively with customers and Sales team members to resolve customer challenges and provide exceptional service. Utilize computer programs and systems to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed. Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers to meet their needs. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Stable internet with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment. Knowledge of inventory management, technical support, and other services offered by blithequark. Experience with customer service software and technology, such as phone systems and helpdesk platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
