Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, resolving customer queries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound phone calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders Use computer programs and software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide solutions Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and drive business growth Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace dedicated to job activity Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once Stable internet connection with speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
