Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with passengers at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and gate area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every passenger feels valued and supported throughout their travel experience. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $26 per hour. The location for this role is Idaho, USA. Key Responsibilities Offer friendly support and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers Work in a collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services by addressing their needs Handle all aspects of check-in and registration by operating an electronic retail system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets Process transactions, make change, and balance daily transactions, being accountable for any overage or shortage Check in baggage and cargo, answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed Manage transactions required to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner Handle upset customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within guidelines set by the organization Provide current and accurate admission, schedule, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general questions from customers and other airport visitors Complete forms and reports as required by the organization Prepare irregularity and complaint reports as necessary Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this position. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer service or the airline industry would be an asset. Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing, and reservation systems would also be beneficial.
