Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and provide informed support to members. Provide additional information and resources to members, such as plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools. Explain member rights and limitations according to their contract, ensuring transparency and clarity. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Previous customer service experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store, with a proven track record of being empathetic and compassionate. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
