Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of client support representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives. Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions to drive employee engagement, address performance issues, and implement process improvements. Own the talent review process for your team, identifying areas for development and creating plans to enhance leadership capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, driving strategic forecasting and change management initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Workforce, and Learning and Development, to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels, manage overtime, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Analyze customer feedback and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned and required. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or a related field, such as healthcare or pharmacy services. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate both frontline staff and senior leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex challenges. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to groups and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer care and operations. Certifications or training in leadership, customer service, or a related field.
