As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
