As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our plan members. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about health care, expand your skills and knowledge, and open doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Take inbound calls and answer questions from plan members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans * Provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience * Offer guidance on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care trends and arenaflex's products and services **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work schedule that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have opportunities to advance to REP II and III roles, and our Career Mapping guide will help you navigate your career path. **Required Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
