**Experienced Full Stack Data Engineer – Cloud Data Analytics & Science**

With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, we're constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to lead our data analytics and science initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable data solutions, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coach a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support in hazard and development management * Collaborate with the data analytics initiative team to drive business objectives and achieve strategic goals * Develop and maintain modern software practices through code reviews and design surveys * Design and implement data frameworks, utilizing data/telemetry to drive decision-making * Grow top-tier designing for our services, ensuring they are modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, easily observable, and reusable * Develop and implement test inclusion for services, orchestrating and executing reconciliation tests, and resolving trouble spots * Ensure testability, compactness/checking, reliability, and practicality, and understand when code is fit to be shared and deployed * Focus on business needs through a data-driven approach * Investigate and improve automation, reliability, and monitoring for deployed items * Set the essential vision for data analytics and reporting, aligning with organizational objectives * Plan, develop, and streamline complex data models and reporting structures * Drive the design and execution of adaptable and effective data analytics and reporting structures * Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of data items and reporting solutions by collaborating with stages, data design, and service groups * Define and implement the long-term technical strategy for data analytics, incorporating advancements and industry trends * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, data engineers, platform specialists, and IT experts, to develop comprehensive data solutions * Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and expertise development * Lead technical authority meetings, lunch and learn sessions, and other community-building activities within the engineering community * Establish and uphold data quality principles and best practices, executing processes for data approval, cleansing, and accuracy * Assess and select suitable data analytics and reporting tools to address business needs, leading requirement meetings and collaborating closely with stages and infrastructure groups during the assessment and execution of these tools * Collaborate with engineering and development teams to create and maintain documentation for data analytics processes, reporting structures, and data models * Monitor the performance of data analytics and reporting systems, and provide technical authority to drive security and flexibility of data items and reporting solutions * Implement measures to streamline execution and investigate issues * Provide critical insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making at the organizational level * Recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth and advancing technology needs * Utilize arenaflex services, such as Azure SQL DW (Neurotransmitter), ADLS, arenaflex Event Hub, Universe, Data bricks, Delta-Lake, to improve and accelerate the delivery of our data items and services * Develop large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization **Requirements** * Proven history with at least 15+ years of active experience in data analytics and reporting roles * 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and lead a team * 5+ years of experience working with Cloud technologies, such as ADLS, arenaflex Databricks, Azure, arenaflex Neural Network, Universe DB, DBT, and other big data innovations * Demonstrated advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, languages, ML, and systems (e.g., Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R) * Capability in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to effectively communicate insights * Demonstrated ability in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, arenaflex, or Google Cloud, to design and execute adaptable and efficient data analytics solutions * In-depth understanding and practical application of Lakehouse design standards, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for powerful and adaptable data management * High-level SQL skills. Strong understanding of social databases and business data capacity to write complex SQL queries against various data sources * Experience managing high-volume and high-speed data streams, and designing systems that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time analysis * Experience in shaping the essential vision for data analytics and reporting drives within an organization * Effective management of data analytics projects, including planning, execution, and delivery * Demonstrated ability to drive growth, adapt to emerging technologies, and execute industry best practices * Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility of critical issues and resolve them to closure * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or related technical discipline * Relevant industry certifications are a plus * Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $230,000 * Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit Eligible * Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical benefits (clinical/dental/vision/hearing aid/pharmacy/social well-being/employee assistance), healthcare reimbursement account, dependent care assistance plan, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance, additional security, 401(k), stock purchase plan to eligible employees **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data professional looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application through our website.
