You will be responsible for researching customer information, resolving customer issues, and proactively recommending products and services to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. If you're a dedicated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Interfaces with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to provide expert guidance and resolve customer issues * Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues * Elevates sensitive customer requests when necessary and ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations and mandates * Complies with continually changing policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance * Accountable for remaining current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommends items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability **Requirements** * High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred) * Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length * Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus * Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Training and Development** * 9-12 weeks of live virtual training: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday * Training is interactive, and camera and audio will be utilized for training purposes * Opportunities for ongoing training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role **Work Schedule** * After training, must be able to work any 8.5 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday * Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays **Compensation and Benefits** * $39,520 annually + plus benefits package (Health Benefits effective 1st of the month following start date) * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values the perspectives and experiences of our employees.
