Position Overview In this 100% hands-on role, you will be working directly on the floor, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Your tasks will vary, but may include greeting guests and taking orders, completing transactions, preparing beverages, assembling orders, cleaning and maintenance, helping to train new employees, and rigorously adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Consistently follow all food safety and physical safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members. Know and follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure that we are delivering a consistent and exceptional experience for our guests. Develop a superior knowledge of our purpose, vision, mission, strategy, operations, and products to effectively communicate with our guests and team members. Execute daily opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures and quality requirements, and hold each other accountable to these standards. Build awareness about safety, hold peers accountable to food safety practices, and report any concerns to leadership to ensure that we are maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, and be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with our guests and team members, and be able to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace. A hustle mentality is a must, as well as the ability to enthusiastically fulfill the core four: Smile, Create and maintain eye contact, Speak with an enthusiastic tone, and Stay connected to make it personal. Open availability is also required, as we need team members who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred.
