Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on order entry and support. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and order entry systems. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles.
