Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and supporting the overall success of our store operations. Your key priorities will include greeting customers, assisting them with selecting merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. You will be an integral part of our store team, working together to maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, including restocking shelves and recovering merchandise. Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring that our store is always fully stocked and ready for customers. Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, taking pride in ensuring that our store environment is always tidy and well-organized. Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, ensuring that every transaction is completed efficiently and accurately. Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, taking proactive steps to prevent any potential issues or concerns. Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Position Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
