Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, and strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals. Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Upsell products or services as needed, and schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns. Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions.
