**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Warranty Support**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in educating and assisting customers with their warranty-related queries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and empowering experience. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide world-class customer service. Your primary focus will be on educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and empowering experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Educating customers on warranty-related topics, such as coverage, claims process, and benefits * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and empowering experience * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences * Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed responses to customers * Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
