Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Work with clients to determine their travel needs and assist them with their arrangements, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel/resort accommodations, and rental cars Complete required certification within a timely manner and participate in ongoing training with our company and travel partners Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations Research and locate the best pricing and options for clients based on their requirements Maintain reliable internet connectivity and utilize a smartphone and/or computer to perform job duties Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States Have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients Preferred Qualifications While not necessary, having 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
