Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to navigate and adapt to multiple communication channels. Proven experience in customer support or a related role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
