Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to troubleshoot complex issues, will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You will be responsible for: * Providing information and resolving inquiries about coverage, benefits, services, and handling complaints * Building customer confidence and increasing customer satisfaction through exceptional experiences focused on quality and accuracy * Interacting with customers to identify issues and concerns, and providing solutions to resolve them * Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, exhausting all efforts within your scope before requesting assistance * Identifying and escalating priority issues to create efficiencies * Initiating follow-up customer calls where necessary * Completing call logs to record customer interactions and transactions * Referencing customer grievances and appeals to designated departments for further investigation **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Exceptional customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities * High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt **What You'll Do** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Serving as the primary liaison for members and providers for all lines of business, including MassHealth and Commercial members * Handling and demonstrating skills in handling benefits, claims, and eligibility calls for the member and provider population * Identifying customer issues/concerns rapidly and precisely, and providing solutions to resolve them * Researching required information using available resources and triaging when necessary * Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, exhausting all efforts within your scope before requesting assistance * Identifying and escalating priority issues to create efficiencies * Initiating follow-up customer calls where necessary * Completing call logs to record customer interactions and transactions * Referencing customer grievances and appeals to designated departments for further investigation **Additional Job Details** * This role is 100% Remote, with a quiet, secure, stable, HIPPA-compliant workstation required to work from home in the United States * Eastern Business hours required * 10/20/25 Start Date * 1 Month Training schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Mon - Fri EST * Post-Training Schedule: + 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri) with 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Thurs) (EST) + 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) (EST) * You will train together with other new CSPs * Our Team is growing, and we have over 10 spots open for our October start date! * Our team works from home across many states, with a growing remote team staying connected weekly and daily with Video meetings **Remote Type** Remote **Work Location** 399 Revolution Drive **Pay Range** $19.42 - $27.74/Hourly **Grade** 3 **Compensation and Benefits** At Blithequark, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
