With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, we're creating a workplace culture that's both challenging and rewarding. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing data for integrity and accuracy, prior to the hand-off for any system inputs * Acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities, allocations, and special event data * Courteously and promptly resolving customer questions and problems or properly referring them to appropriate personnel * Executing the administration of customer required systems, to include pricing, promotions, and general item maintenance * Maintaining customer specific national and regional custom discount files within blithequark and Customer based systems * Executing and coordinating with internal departments on promotion and new item process for assigned accounts * Reviewing and coordinating with Account Managers on new store opening accounts within the blithequark business systems to ensure proper attributes and price structure is activated on each account **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * An Associate degree in Business Management or a related field or equivalent experience * 3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience is required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * SharePoint and ASAP skills preferred * Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
