About the Role In this exciting role, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers.
