As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Expert, you will play a critical role in our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Expert at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Connecting with Customers : You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Resolving Issues : You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Responding to Requests : You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking Call Information : You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing Feedback : You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bilingual Spanish/English : You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Customer Service Experience : You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience. Age and Education : You must be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED equivalent. Technical Skills : You must have the ability to type 25 wpm and be comfortable with desktop computer systems. Communication Skills : You must have proven oral and written communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills : You must have logical problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. Availability and Adaptability : You must be available to work various shifts and be able to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
