Utilize computer tools to accurately process and document information, developing rapport with callers and adjusting communication styles as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a healthcare or health insurance setting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously. General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills.
