Do it here. About the Role Your ultimate goal as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. And, while working to resolve issues, you'll also help to drive sales on products and services that will keep them happy and connected. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service, leading with empathy and ensuring that customers feel heard and cared for Drive sales on products and services that meet customers' needs and keep them connected Apply resources to determine the right solutions for customers, using problem-solving skills and a patient approach Work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays), with flexibility to meet business needs Collaborate virtually with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives What We Offer As a member of the arenaflex team, we're invested in you.
