Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and timely manner Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in every interaction Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Able to up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships Able to schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
