Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, providing accurate and helpful information to address their needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and a calm, composed demeanor in challenging situations. Collaborate with our dispatch team to schedule consultations and ensure seamless communication with our clients, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues. Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude, including active listening, clear articulation, and a warm, empathetic tone. Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor, allowing you to navigate complex situations with ease and confidence. Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools, including the ability to learn new systems and adapt to our technology infrastructure. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision, maintaining motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace that allows you to focus and thrive in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential requirements, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software, with experience in using these tools to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions. Bilingual abilities, with Spanish being the preferred language, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers.
