Job Overview: e-Fulfilment Specialist Role We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team. As a key member of our remote team in Puerto Rico, you will play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is a definite plus.
