Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service. Follow established call flow scripts when handling different topics, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide effective solutions and/or alternatives, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Troubleshoot basic computer issues, providing technical support and guidance to customers as needed.
