About the Role and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. You'll respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate with them through online portals and systems, and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. As a product expert, you'll support customer needs, process orders, forms, applications, and requests, and keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Respond promptly to customer inquiries Communicate with customers through online portals and systems Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Serve as a product expert to support customer needs Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Provide amazing customer service and strive for continuous improvement Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess certain skills and qualifications. First and foremost, you should be fluent in English, both written and spoken. A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent is required. You should have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset and have a working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms. In terms of experience, we're looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in handling E-commerce/SaaS businesses. Experience working remotely is a plus, as is experience handling customer support needs of US/UK clients. You should have great problem-solving skills, be able to work with minimum supervision, and be open to working in shifts.
