Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Developing customer success metrics and executing account strategies to drive growth and satisfaction Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to present benefits programs and enroll new clients Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps, and delivering customer renewals Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive business growth Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure that they receive exceptional service and support With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with your client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business results.
