If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service, have a knack for sales, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE CONTACT CENTER CHAT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE** As a Remote Contact Center Chat Support Representative, you'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex, providing support and guidance to our members through various digital channels, including email, web and mobile messaging, chat, and text. Your day will be filled with: * Efficiently and effectively answering member inquiries, solving problems, and assisting with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels. * Providing support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. * Effectively discussing member's needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. * Acting as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat and Text Support. * Maintaining a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. **REMOTE CONTACT CENTER CHAT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1 year of experience in a customer service position. * Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program (more information below!). * Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and member service skills. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT. **TELECOMMUTING REQUIREMENTS** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require: * A dedicated workspace. * Secure and strong internet connection. * Not being a caretaker for any dependents (adult or child) for the entirety of the scheduled shift. * An environment free from loud noises or outside distractions. **FIRST 60 DAYS: ON-SITE TRAINING** The first 60 days of your employment will be spent on-site at our Corporate Campus, located at 2675 O'Neal Lane in Baton Rouge, for comprehensive training and onboarding. **WHY JOIN THE arenaflex TEAM?** At arenaflex, we're more than just a financial institution – we're a community-driven organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our members and the communities we serve.
