In this role, you'll leverage your call center experience, customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to deliver a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Answering inbound phone calls and providing outstanding customer service to resolve customer inquiries and concerns Recognizing and following call flows with scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Researching, reviewing, and relaying information to customers using multiple systems and resources Identifying and escalating issues that require additional support or attention Clearly documenting call information and encounters in call logs to ensure accurate record-keeping Recognizing and alerting management to potential risks and trends that may impact customer satisfaction or business outcomes Quickly transitioning between tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer service in every interaction Adhering to scheduled tasks and meeting productivity and quality standards Schedule and Work Arrangements This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position, with hours ranging between 7:45 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. As a remote worker, you'll be required to connect to a modem/router using a provided Ethernet cord and have internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet. You'll also need to have a quiet and private remote work location, and you must reside and work at the address provided (no coffee shops, friend's houses, etc.). Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills At least 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and quality standards A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) Data entry experience, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Listening, verbal, and written communication experience, with a focus on active listening and effective communication Bonus Points If you have experience working in a virtual environment, meeting key metrics such as average call handle times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores, you'll be a strong candidate for this role. Additionally, experience working with multiple monitors, or former transaction processing experience, will be considered a plus.
