As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including telephone, chat, email, and social media. You will work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and build strong relationships that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide premium service and build customer relationships through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations * Utilize various communication channels to engage with customers and provide support * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred * Type 40 WPM * Hard-wired high-speed internet (50 mbps download) * Must live in Texas (not Houston) or Arizona * Availability to work any shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central * Contract position through January **Work Environment** * Remote work arrangement with the flexibility to work from home * Must have a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions * High-speed internet connection required for work * Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central **Pay and Benefits** * Pay rate: $16.50/hr * The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr. * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
