Key Responsibilities Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings and enhancing patient outcomes. Collaborate with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with patients to ensure seamless transitions. Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients remain on their medications and adhere to their therapies, promoting optimal health outcomes. Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information to resolve inquiries and concerns. Demonstrate a working knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing new referrals, and providing customer education. Perform routine assessments, identify problems, and escalate issues to pharmacists as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. Additionally, you should have at least 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or similar applications. A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. You must also reside in the state of Nevada.
