As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing inbound phone support to our healthcare customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be essential in clarifying the specifics of our healthcare services, including contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, and provider networks.
