Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services Help customers resolve basic technical issues and offer additional products and/or services as needed Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion for delivering value and success with every customer interaction.
