Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Internal Body Shop, facilitating seamless communication between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, and ensuring that all aspects of the Authorized Collision Program run smoothly. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that arenaflex is known for. As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Work scheduling maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs Serve as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating open communication and collaboration Prepare for vehicle arrivals, ensuring that all necessary documentation and materials are in place Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, coordinating with the Body Shop and other stakeholders as needed Communicate effectively with customers, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on the status of their repairs Coordinate rental vehicles and handoffs, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience Provide regular vehicle status updates, keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the repair process Reorder materials and components as needed, ensuring that the Body Shop has the necessary resources to complete repairs efficiently Conduct repair reviews and deliveries, ensuring that all work meets the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction that arenaflex demands Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
