Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care by promptly addressing requests and concerns, taking ownership of visits, and fostering a welcoming environment for our clients Evaluate technical issues, offering solutions via phone whenever possible, and escalating to Management when necessary Accurately record customer concerns and information into the Dealer Management System, demonstrating strong attention to detail Manage transactions, guide clients through repairs, and summarize work performed Keep clients informed about completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status Efficiently organize vehicle details pre-delivery and coordinate delivery/pickup times with clients; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the services offered Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance and repair strategies, including experience with tools, materials, and procedures. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail and be proficient in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office.
