Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Here are the essential qualifications: A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Word. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
