About the Role As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our brand, handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. Your ability to navigate multiple systems, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic team that thrives in a high-volume environment, handling over 6 million contacts annually. Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. Utilize multiple systems and resources to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, stores, and associates. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to quality standards. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Here are the essential qualifications: A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Word. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Successful completion of our mandatory training program. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment. While not mandatory, having experience in a similar role or industry will be considered a plus.
