You will analyze and steer new issues found during the assembly process, identify critical points, initiate action plans, and complete follow-ups until closure of issues. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Financial Rewards: Competitive base salary, incentive compensation, retirement savings plan, and the ability to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Work/Life Balance: Paid time off, including personal time, holidays, and a generous paid parental leave program * Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), and other supplemental benefit coverages * Individual Development: Upskilling and development opportunities through our global Leadership University, including unlimited access to 10,000+ e-learning courses, certifications, career path, and the opportunity to participate in accelerated development programs and national and international mobility **Your Challenges** As a Customer Line A/C Manager II, you will be responsible for: * Training and mentoring Aircraft Manager employees to ensure individual development under the guidance of the HO ACM team for successful and sustainable aircraft management * Leading daily A/C review meetings and assigning priorities to the whole MFT * Functioning as the L2 link to feed escalations to the ACM IIIs, ensuring all escalations are properly documented in Tandem and all information is given for appropriate problem solving * Daily A/C Milestones follow-up through the Master Production Schedule * Demonstrably effective communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English * Responsible for aircraft issue follow-up, addressing progress in a proactive manner, anticipating issues, and driving resolution to avoid production risks * Generating the daily MSN Report (folio points analysis) and highlighting priority topics * Preparing and conducting FOT meetings, ensuring on-time closure of all folio points and non-conformities * Preparing Aircraft Documentation for the Internal Quality Gates and leading meetings to ensure aircraft status is known by the receiving station * Documenting, following, organizing, and managing all non-conformities throughout the flowline/flight line process * Driving closure of issues in collaboration with all relevant parties to ensure production milestones are met * Functioning as the L2 link to feed escalations to the ACM IIIs, ensuring all escalations are properly documented in Tandem and all information is given for appropriate problem solving **Your Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (in lieu of degree, training as a technician in a technical field related to aviation manufacturing) * 5 or more years of working experience in aviation-related fields * 2 or more years of working experience in an Aircraft Manager role within blithequark or in a leadership role * Preferred: 1-3 years of working experience in a leading role **Physical Requirements** As a Customer Line A/C Manager II, you will be required to: * Have adequate vision to read material on computer screens and aircraft gauges * Be able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions, and other business interactions * Have sufficient hearing to engage in conversation in office settings and hear safety alerts and warning signals * Be able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification * Operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment * Work on fuselage jigs at a height of 15 feet and occasionally work on hydraulic lifts at a height of up to 40 feet * Support a 2-shift system and occasional weekends based on business needs * Occasionally carry up to 55lbs/25kg while engaging in training, addressing production issues, or as part of continuous improvement projects * Occasionally lift up to 55lbs/25kg * Push/pull items in office areas * Sit for extended periods of time at a computer, in meetings, or on aircraft * Work on in the wing or center box in a confined space with an entrance of 9.8 inches x 17.7 inches oval opening * Stand for extended periods of time delivering information * Travel overseas and domestically * Walk through office and production areas, around flight line and airstrips, and sometimes on uneven indoor and/or outdoor surfaces **Take Your Career to a New Level** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
