Job Overview We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our policyholders and producers. As a key member of our Policy Services team, you will be responsible for answering policy questions, performing policy changes, and handling inquiries related to billing, underwriting, and general policy information. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails from policyholders, agents, and producers in a professional and timely manner Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools Meet personal and team customer service targets and performance measures, ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency Answer questions about underwriting concerns related to home inspections and select property and liability hazards, demonstrating a solid understanding of insurance industry terminology and procedures Handle product eligibility and underwriting inquiries from producers, providing expert guidance and support Process policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, customer name changes, and mailing address changes, with precision and attention to detail Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and file documents, adhering to company policies and procedures Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer service delivery Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree highly preferred Proven successful customer support experience, with a track record of achieving targets and goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters and communication styles Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support Ability to multi-task, specifically while talking with customers and resolving their inquiries, with proficiency in navigating Windows-based computers and using multiple software applications across two monitors Flexibility to work varying hours between 7 AM to 10 PM EDT, Monday to Friday, and occasional overtime on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Homeowners Insurance, with a deep understanding of industry terminology, policies, and procedures Property & Casualty Insurance License, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry expertise Spanish speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
