Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for entering Purchase Orders into our POS system and editing inventory on Shopify for our website. Key Responsibilities Inventory management for single brick and mortar and online store, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms Data entry for all store inventory, creating purchase orders into LightSpeed software as orders are written, confirmed, and given to you from the buyer Editing inventory on Shopify for our website, ensuring that all product information is up-to-date and accurate Collaborating with the buying team to ensure that all purchase orders are accurate and complete Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data entry role, with a focus on inventory management and e-commerce Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online store platforms and POS systems Experience with Shopify, with a solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory management Experience with LightSpeed is a plus, but not required An analytical mind with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to sit for long hours, with excellent communication and leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will have: Strong data entry skills, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers Strong technical skills, with experience using POS systems, online store platforms, and data analysis tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
