**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Advocate (Remote Opportunity)**

You'll navigate the complex world of PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits with ease, armed with your knowledge and exceptional people skills. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. **The Schedule** This is a full-time remote opportunity, Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST. You'll need to be available to work one of our scheduled shifts, which will be assigned to you upon hire. **The Training** Don't worry if you're new to the industry or haven't worked in customer service before. Our intensive 5-week orientation program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. You'll receive comprehensive training on our systems, policies, and procedures, as well as ongoing support and coaching to ensure your success. **The Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma is required, but a bachelor's degree is a plus. * **Insurance Operations Experience**: At least a year of experience in insurance operations is necessary.
