**Experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Support**

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed trip information, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working closely with internal departments to address real-time issues. If you're fluent in Mandarin, enjoy working with diverse populations, and possess exceptional active listening and communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Primary Responsibilities:** • Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to provide exceptional customer service and support • Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and ensuring seamless communication with our transportation providers • Confirming member eligibility and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise • Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services, providing clear and concise information, and resolving any issues in a timely manner • Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs, such as language barriers or special requirements, and providing personalized support • Intaking of Member concerns and escalating issues to internal departments as needed • Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues and ensure seamless communication • Performing other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our team **Required Education and Experience:** • Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess excellent communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment **Skills and Competencies:** • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone • Positive and helpful attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with the ability to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities • Ability to work independently and/or with a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication • Accurately type 35 wpm or more, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology • Ability to empathize with the Member and/or Member's guardian, providing personalized support and care **Job Requirements:** • Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have the ability to work flexible shifts to include overnights and weekends **What You'll Need if Working Remotely:** • A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction • A notebook or desktop computer, with minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available • High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!) **About Us:** arenaflex is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation to people across America.
