Generate interest in new products and services by providing expert product and skincare knowledge and education to customers. Provide personalized product and service suggestions to meet each customer's specific needs, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Become an expert on arenaflex products, policies, and brands, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the beauty industry. Partner with the Marketing team to perform community management on social platforms, responding to direct messages and addressing customer needs and concerns. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention rates and drive customer loyalty. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: At least 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably within the beauty industry. Based in Nevada, USA, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work. Comfortable working across multiple communication channels, including email, social media, and live chat. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Organizational skills, with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
