Our team is dedicated to building a positive and motivating work environment, and we're committed to supporting each other's growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization * Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * A high level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be a plus.
