About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Associate to work from the comfort of their own home, anywhere in the world. As a full-time remote employee, you will play a critical role in interacting with our current and prospective customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, responding promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns. Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner. Identify and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, working within company guidelines to retain and promote customer loyalty. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: A dedicated office space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively from home. Availability to work from 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons. At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline. At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media. 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills. Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual candidates are highly desirable! Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on providing exceptional service. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
