Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and service excellence. A High School Diploma or equivalent, with intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced knowledge preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and to multitask effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using these tools in a customer service environment. Previous experience working in a call center-type environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. A certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
