About the Role We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Key Responsibilities Resolve coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity, including enrollment, third-party liability, and claims attachments. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage and interpret and communicate accurate information to customers. Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date. Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations, providing clear and concise information. Introduce customers to self-service tools and educate them on their usage and benefits, promoting independence and empowerment. Assist members in gaining access to care by locating a network dentist or assigning them to a primary care dentist, ensuring that they receive the support they need. Direct inquiries to necessary departments or individuals when the resolution of the inquiry is beyond the span of control for this role, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills. Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, providing timely and effective solutions. Research and consistently provide accurate information to resolve all member and provider inquiries through verbal and written communications, utilizing various channels including phone, email, web portal, and chat interactions. Respond to and resolve internal and external complex customer inquiries, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Resolve claim payment inquiries by researching and analyzing patient activity and determining appropriate action to be taken, ensuring that customers receive fair and timely resolutions. Take ownership of the resolution and set expectations for follow-up, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure that resubmissions, stop payments, and voids are appropriately handled, maintaining accurate records and minimizing errors. Meet or exceed individual, department, and client-specific goals, contributing to the success of the organization and driving business growth. Understand and adhere to all client administrative and contractual policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements. Suggest ways to improve the service delivery processes, contributing to the success of the organization and driving innovation and excellence. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
