Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our arenaflex Protein Team, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and digital commerce excellence. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Sales Executive at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and digital commerce excellence for our protein business on Amazon Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including Amazon, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to achieve business objectives Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth Managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, to improve customer experience and drive sales growth Collaborating with external partners, including content and ad agencies, to develop and execute marketing campaigns Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on e-commerce and digital commerce Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement in an e-commerce environment Strong knowledge of Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, including sales, marketing, and operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the CPG industry, with a focus on protein or related products Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, or Magento Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices Experience with data analysis and sales forecasting, including the use of tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or Tableau Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital commerce principles and practices, including sales, marketing, and operations Experience with data analysis and sales forecasting, including the use of tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or Tableau Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
